There's a limit to Excel's data management capabilities, but the Ultimate Suite tools take it to a whole new level. The Substring functions are also an exceptional piece of kit for streamlining data. The Merge Table function is a gamechanger for these tasks. I frequently need to take data from multiple sources and coalesce it into large import files.
